Delete your account
Anyone with a Kimcura account can delete it from here, no app required.
How it works
- Enter your account email and your reason, and complete the anti-robot check.
- We email a single-use code and a confirmation link to that address (expires in 30 minutes).
- On the confirmation page you decide: download a copy of your data before deleting, or delete right away.

What gets deleted
Deletion is permanent and irreversible. All of the following is erased:
- Your account and sign-in, and your profile (username, avatar, bio)
- Your comments, reactions and likes
- Your notifications, devices and push-notification preferences
- Usage telemetry linked to your account
- Your cosmetics inventory and whatever you have equipped
- Your PvP duel history and leaderboard standings
- Your mock-exam and quiz attempts
- Your skill profile (per-topic progress)
- Your blocks of other users
- Your subscription record: an active Kimcura Plus on Google Play is revoked with a refund of the latest payment, and your RevenueCat billing record is deleted
- Your consent history and guardian authorization
What gets kept
- Moderation reports and sanctions (reports, mutes, suspensions): they become pseudonymised — no longer pointing at any account — and are deleted at most 24 months after the sanction ends
- If the account was suspended: an irreversible hash of the email, only to prevent re-registration (never the readable address)
- The record of this request (email, reason and date), as evidence it was handled, for 12 months
